Automated Messages and Emails:

You will be receiving messages regarding your optin confirmation, booking confirmation and appointment reminders. Apart from this you will not receive any automated messages or emails.

Unsubscribe:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To cancel the appointment. Simply text "Cancel" to the shortcode and you will receive a confirmation regarding your cancelled appointment.

Delayed Messages:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 5 messages 36 prior the appointment and one each upon optin and appointment no-show/cancel. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by AMZ Consult Canada (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services

1. Services Provided

AMZ Consult Canada offers a range of Amazon-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon account management

  • PPC (pay-per-click) campaign management

  • SEO optimization for product listings

  • Product launch strategies

  • Consultation on advertising and marketing strategies

These services may be customized based on individual agreements with clients.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information for the services requested. Any delay or failure in providing required information may affect the quality or timeline of our services. You are solely responsible for the compliance of your Amazon listings and products with all applicable laws and Amazon policies.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments for services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon pricing plan. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are due within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid accounts

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. We will not offer refunds for services already rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service. AMZ Consult Canada will take reasonable measures to protect any confidential information provided by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content used or developed by AMZ Consult Canada during the performance of services, remains the property of AMZ Consult Canada, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Any content or materials created specifically for a client are transferred to the client upon payment in full.

8. Third-Party Services

AMZ Consult Canada may use third-party tools or services (e.g., Amazon’s Seller Central, advertising platforms) in the provision of our services. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AMZ Consult Canada makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the services provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMZ Consult Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to the use of our services.

Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid for our services during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMZ Consult Canada, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the services by providing a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date. AMZ Consult Canada may also terminate services immediately for any breach of these Terms by the client.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any additional agreements made in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and AMZ Consult Canada concerning our services. Any amendments to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
